Tangible Mixed Reality for young creators

We live in an era where screen time is on the rise, with teens and young adults increasingly drawn to time-intensive applications.

A critical issue I've identified is the limitation these fully digital interactions and content-feed applications impose on users' creativity and capabilities.

How can we develop a mixed reality environment that not only enhances the creativity of young individuals but also rekindles their enthusiasm for tangible interactions?

This project is mixed reality scene-building tool that combines tangible interaction with interactive technology.

It employs object detection and physical computing techniques, allowing users to integrate everyday objects from their physical surroundings as building materials for constructing virtual worlds.
